Account Management

What is each portal and dashboard for?

We have various accounts to access our products and services:

  • Learn Dashboard: This account provides access to all our learning content, courses, and teaching resources. Log in to this dashboard if you are completing an assessment, enrolled in a course, or a currently licensed i4 Neuroleader™️ Practitioner.

  • Practitioner Assessment Portal: This portal is exclusively for certified i4 Neuroleader™️ Practitioners to manage assessment projects with their clients. Although out team now handles the assessment invitation process on behalf of practitioners.

  • Affiliate Portal: If you have signed up to be a marketing affiliate, sign in here to track your sales, commissions and access our marketing resources. If you would like to sign up click here.

  • Billing Dashboard: If you have made a purchase via shop.aboutmybrain.com, sign in here to see your orders and invoices. If your purchase was made before June 2024 or outside of our shop, please contact us if you require a copy of your invoice/receipts.
Is my password and email the same?

Not necessarily. Your password and email would have been set by you during account creation. Each account is in a separate system, so you need to keep track of the email and password you used for each account. If you have forgotten your email or password, you can use the recovery features on each page. If you still need help, please contact us.

I am a practitioner - how can I set up an assessment project?

Our team manages the process of sending out assessment invitations, please read this FAQ and submit a request via the links provided in our FAQ article.

If you are looking for the teaching resources and slides, these are now available in the Learn Dashboard inside the lessons of the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment Certification program. To access these resources you must have an active i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License.

On August 20th, 2024 we upgraded our services to a new platform and closed our old system. If you previously had access on another dashboard under the following web address (login.aboutmybrain.com) please read this FAQ to learn more about this transition.

I cannot see my orders in the billing dashboard.

If this situation applies, it is likely because your initial purchase was not made through shop.aboutmybrain.com. Should you require a past invoice, please reach out to us with the purchase date and amount, and we will supply you with the payment receipt or invoice.
