The About my Brain Institute Pty. Ltd. and AMBi Digital Pty. Ltd. (www.aboutmybrain.com) will be referred as the “About my Brain Institute”, “we” or “us” from now on.
The About my Brain Institute is comprised of directors, independent contractors and representatives who will henceforth be referred to as our “Team”. The services we provide either online, over the telephone, as print out, via mail or in-person, shall be referred to as ‘services'.
As a customer for the services we provide, we will refer to you as either “Member” or “you”.

About my Brain Institute may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time. Representing and warranting is like making a legally enforceable promise.
The term begins when you sign up for About my Brain Institute and continues as long as you use our Service. Registering your first name, last name and email and clicking on the 'create an account' button means that you've officially “signed” the terms.
If you sign up for About my Brain Institute on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information for yourself and your raters you provide to us is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You may request access to the information we hold about you, or request that we update or correct any personal information we hold about you, by setting out your request in writing to: email@example.com
You or About my Brain Institute may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, by giving notice to the other party. We may suspend our services at any time, with or without cause. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it, including your emails from our website. If you do not log in to your account for 12 or more months, we may deem your account to be "inactive". Consequently, we may permanently delete your account and all of its associated data.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out some rules that you have to follow as an About my Brain Institute user. Some are dictated by the law, some are common sense (do unto others), and some are based on our experience.
You are responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You are also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorised the use of it. You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your personal account, or accounts you are permitted to access. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We do not have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.
About my Brain Institute does not arbitrate disputes over who owns an account. Only the account owner can request access to, or information about an account. About my Brain Institute will decide who owns an account based on the content of the emails or information in that account, and if multiple people or entities are identified in the content, then About my Brain Institute will rely on the contact information listed in the account.
About my Brain Institute is not responsible for any assessment results, the outcome of any debrief sessions or any actions a person may or may not decide to conduct during and/or after receiving their report. The assessment report contains sensitive, private and confidential information.
Doing assessments and/or receiving feedback is a common leadership practice that may assist individuals in developing as leaders. At no point do we advocate that these results are used for any purpose other than development.
It is the sole responsibility of individuals to seek professional advice about any matter affecting them. No person should act, or fail to act, on the basis of any material contained in the questionnaire/s or report/s.
No advice or information obtained from any of the aforementioned, whether written or oral, shall create any warranty unless otherwise expressly stated. The assessment and report are based on sound leadership practice theory, research and validation; however, About my Brain Institute makes no warranties, legal or otherwise, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the same.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the website and the services, including any downloads from the website.
Your Dashboard account is confidential, and only you are able to access it. You can, however, provide written consent to the administrator of About my Brain Institute, if you want us to solve any issues regarding your account.
In the case of the 360° Feedback Assessment, the assigned Practitioner will have access to your report prior to you viewing the results, when a Practitioner is engaged to that effect.
When you sign up to participate in the 360° Feedback Assessment, you are giving your permission for one of our Practitioners to view your results for the purpose of debriefing and coaching. All of our Practitioners are experienced professionals, and have signed confidentiality agreements to ensure your privacy is protected.
You are not obliged to share the results of your assessment report with anyone else in your organisation, unless you decide to do so. Neither the Human Resources department, nor your manager, will ever receive a copy of your results unless you provide written permission for us to do so. If your organisation runs the project in-house, the assigned internal Practitioner should be the only person with access to your results.
At the conclusion of any of the questionnaires you complete, your data automatically becomes the property of About my Brain Institute, and is integrated into our database which builds the infographic display that is featured on the dashboard. Your name and any personal identifiable information always remain anonymous.
All raters are required to create an account in order to rate the person who invited them. The assessment, reports and rater participation has been designed to be protected by a password system, purely to help maintain the privacy for all parties (the participant and the raters) as well as to offer identifiable technical support by the About my Brain Institute when needed.
The rater assessment link invitation should not be shared or made public, and it is only to be completed by the intended rater who was originally invited by the participant.
Once the rater creates an account, they are able to manage multiple assessment invitations by logging into their dashboard. Only a name, email and password of their choice is required by the raters and no other personal information is requested as part of this process.
If a rater wishes to delete his/her account after completing the rating process, they need to email us at: email@example.com.

About my Brain Institute collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number, anonymous demographic information (postal code, age, gender, preferences).

11.2. Use of your Personal Information
About my Brain Institute uses your personal information to operate the website and deliver the services you have requested. About my Brain Institute may also contact you to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. About my Brain Institute does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
There are two types of email notifications. These are explained below:
The first type is the emails you get from the Dashboard System http://login.aboutmybrain.com. These could be invitations sent by your colleagues for you to rate them or invitations sent by third parties (i4 Practitioners or an Organisation you are connected with).
These invitations are sent when you are asked to be part of the i4 Neuroleader Assessment process and these are not unsolicited emails. They are triggered in our system by an individual you may know and we send these emails on behalf of the initiator.
The second type is our e-newsletter which you would have personally chosen to sign up to, when creating an account or by signing up directly on our website www.aboutmybrain.com.
If you don't want to receive this type of email update, you can unsubscribe at any time. There is a checkbox to opt out inside the dashboard in the 'settings' page. There is also an 'unsubscribe link' at the bottom of all our newsletters.

In providing our service, About my Brain Institute utilises “cookies”. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for record-keeping purposes. A cookie does not identify you personally or contain any other information about you but it does identify your computer.
As long as you're a Member or have an outstanding balance with us, you'll provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the charges against the provided credit card. You will need to replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a different valid credit card.
Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that he or she is authorized to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won't be rejected. If, for some reason, we're unable to process your credit card order, we will contact you by email and suspend your account until your payment can be processed.
About my Brain Institute utilises the payment gateway component provided by PayPal Australia Pty Limited (ABN 93 111 195 389).
We do not store any credit card information online or offline at anytime. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely sent to PayPal Australia Pty Limited for processing.
15.1. Public Events, Workshops & Programs
Cancellations by the Client:
Tickets purchased to any public events, workshops or programs are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, the enrollment can be transferred to someone else or the credit can be used towards any future programs and/or products offered and listed on the the About my Brain Institute website. Note that tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel or change event dates, time, line up & venue. Only in this case, refunds will be considered if the About my Brain Institute does not offer an alternate event date.
15.2. In-House Programs & Keynote Engagements
Cancellations by the Client:
All services are non-refundable. If a workshop, program or keynote is postponed by the client, a written request must be made at least 15 days prior to the delivery date. The session will then be rescheduled at no extra charge, subject to our availability.
If canceled within 15 days of the delivery date, a re-booking fee of 50% of the total value of the session will apply.
Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services at anytime. In this case, a new date will be agreed with the client.
15.3. Coaching, Debriefs & On-Boarding Sessions
Cancellations by the Client:
All sessions are non-refundable. If there is a no-show or the session gets canceled by the client within 48 hours of the starting time of the session, a new booking fee of the same value will be charged if the client elects to re-schedule.
It is the client's responsibility to advise the coach if there are any delays in commencing the session. Please note: If the client is late, the session will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes of the starting time. A new session will then be re-scheduled at the client's cost.
If the cancellation occurs prior to the 48 hours from the starting time of the session, there will be no additional costs for re-scheduling. This cancellation must be made in writing via email prior to the 48 hours, to the appointed coach and also to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone sessions at anytime. In this case, a new date will be agreed with the client at no additional charge.
15.4. Online Courses, Assessments & Other Products
All digital & physical products are non-refundable.
Invoices that are issued upon confirmation of services are payable within the time frame stipulated on the invoice.
Invoices not paid by the due date, will carry a penalty of $50 per additional day. These additional charges will be invoiced separately once the original invoice has been paid.
If electing to make payment by Bank Transfer, it is the responsibility of the client to quote the invoice number when making the deposit and send a confirmation receipt so we can track your payment.
Patrons attending any events, programs and/or workshops consent that the About my Brain Institute and third parties authorised by About my Brain Institute may make or record film, photographs or other forms of moving picture of the event (including, without limitation, of patrons) for the use of media and promotions.
